WHAT WE DO

(0-18 years)

Paediatrics

Neurodiversity* - including ADHD, ASD, Anxiety

We believe in supporting the whole child and recognise the brain-body connection. We are able to support a wide range of paediatric needs including:

  • General medical conditions: including UTI’s, eczema, weight concerns, respiratory issues, chronic abdominal pain

  • Developmental Delay

  • Behavioural and Neurodevelopmental assessments - we screen and support anxiety, autism, and ADHD.

  • Plant-based prescriptions: Families are increasingly seeking plant-based support for children with ASD, ADHD, anxiety and other disorders. We bring experience and understand when this might be appropriate. For adolescence, it can support harm minimisation.

Adult ADHD

(18 years+)

ADHD assessments, management and treatment available

The impact of ADHD extends beyond childhood and often the diagnosis can pose questions for parents about their ownself. We provide comprehensive assessment, management and treatment options, including coaching. Cases may be discussed with adult psychiatry specialist if required.

Immigration Specialist Assessments

(0-18 years)

Reports

1-2 places available each month.

Reports provided within 2-3 weeks of receiving all necessary information & emailed directly to families. We do not submit reports to NZ immigration directly. You may need to request an extension of the deadline set by New Zealand Immigration.

Please provide ahead of the appointment a copy of the child's passport, immigration request letter, previous assessments and any letters/reports from daycare, school, community providers. Failure to provide these will result in additional charges for time taken to chase them

Coaching - getting stuff done & feeling good about it.

(All Ages)

Through supportive, strengths-based partnership, we help to build confidence, develop executive life skills and inspire people to reach for their goals.

We also recognise parents may need similar support to understand, help guide and empower their children in everyday life.

  • Young people – organisation, prioritisation, study techniques - whether at home, in education or for interests.

  • Parents – managing our own emotional needs while caring for children and providing support for parenting practices.

  • Health Providers – (see Supervision section)

Professional Supervision & Coaching

A career in Health can be rewarding, exhausting and challenging. Constant demands on our time, resources and juggles between home and work can impact our overall wellbeing and performance.

Coaching informed supervision aims to equip you with the mindset and skills to sustainably continue to provide compassionate care not only to your clients, but also your families and yourself.

Wondering where to from here? How do I manage it all? Absorbing rather than integrating experiences? Professional Supervision and Coaching provides a safe space in which to explore these questions & more.
